Q. I've forgotton my username and/or password, how do I find out what they are? A. To retrieve this information you must click the LOST PASSWORD button under the LOGIN button on the main web page and enter your email address that you registered your username with. Your username and password will then be emailed to that email address if it matches the email address in our registration system.
There is an issue with the Shaw internet providor. If your email is .....@shaw.ca, your password and username may or may not be included in the email sent to you. This is a security feature that Shaw has in place on their email system. If this is happening please email me at webmaster@surreyknights.com and I will have to email your username to you and reset your password to a generic jumble of numbers/letters, that you can then change.
If the athletes email is the same as the parent/guardians email, only the athletes username/password will be returned. For the remaining parent/guardians please contact me and I will inform you of the username and re-set the password to a genereic password.
If the athlete doesn't have an email address registered, please contact me and I will inform you of the username and re-set the password to a generic password.
If 2 or more athletes have registered with the same email address, only one username/password will be emailed back. For the remaining athletes please contact me and I will inform you of the username and re-set the password to a genereic password.

Q. I've registered my child with the username/password that I wanted to have and have had to use a different username/password for myself. How do I change my childs and my username/password to the ones I would like them to be? A. First your child has to login and click the "My Info" menu choice, then click the "Edit my Info" button. From there the Username and Password for the childs account can be changed. Click Save. Logout. Login as the parent, click the "My Info" menu choice, then click the "Edit Pencil" beside the parents Username. Click the Login info tab on the right and change the username and password, click Save

Q. How do I change my email address, phone numbers, address or other information about my website membership? A. Login, click the "My Info" menu choice, then click the "Edit Pencil" beside your name. Click the appropriate tab near the top and change the appropriate information, click Save
Q. How do I add another parent/guardian to my childs account? A. Login as a parent, click the "My Info" menu choice, Click the "Add another Parent" button.
Q. How come as a parent I can't change my childs email account, Username or Password? A. The system will only let the childs login change their username/password and email information.
Q. How do I change what is displayed on the club roster A. This can only be changed by a parent. You can (as a parent) do this by logging into the member’s area and clicking the “My Info” menu choice.
The roster information that is displayed is editable by you as a parent.
Click the “Family Members” tab Click the box next to the names you want displayed on the roster. Don’t forget to click the “Save Changes” button

Q. How do I access my club email (Board Members AND Coaches) A. Go to http://webmail2.clevernetsolutions.com/webmail for webmail access There is also a link on the clubs website (main page) Follow these directions to setup in an Outlook type mail program: Email Information
Q. How do I change my club email password (Board Members AND Coaches) A. This can now be done through the regular webmail access page at http://webmail2.clevernetsolutions.com/webmail (also a link on the website) by clicking the Change Password link in the left pane
Enter your full email address (ie sponsorship@surreyknights.com) Enter your current password Enter your new password you would like Re-enter your new password again
Click Change Password button

Account Name: your users name less the @domain.com (ie sponsorship) Domain Name: surreyknights.com Password: your current password
Forward to: Enter your personal email you would like the club email be forwarded to Make sure you TICK the Save A Copy box !!! This will keep a copy of the email on the mail server
Click MODIFY USER button
