LMR Champs East Recap
Our Knights hailing from Competitive 1, 2, 3, High School Competitive, and Youth Performance participated in the Winter LMR East Championships. 39 brave Knights swam a total of 147 best times, finishing top three 54 times with 16 first place, 20 second place, and 18 third place finishes!
On top of our strong overall team results, there were 8 swimmers who achieved their Divisional times over 11 total events. Congratulations to the following swimmers:

- Jonathan Zhang (50 Fly)
Other stand out moments from the weekend include:
- Ameerah Sihota taking off 20s in her 400FR
- Brian Li going under 3mins for the first time in 200BK with a 20s BT
- Eric Zhang breaking the 3mins barrier in the 200IM
- Jonathan Zhang with a big improvement in his 200IM dropping 26s
SKSC swimmers did an amazing job at representing the club in the pool and the athletes area. The coaches were pleased to see the swimmers helping each other out getting ready for their races, from lending a spare cap and goggles to cheering on their teammates that echoed through the building. Well done everyone!
