SKSC Jan PASS Meet: 8 to LMR!
First PASS meet of 2024! Over 70 Silver and Gold Knights raced hard on Sunday at Guildford for our Winterfest PASS meet! Great energy from our swimmers and parents alike! Thank you as always to our amazing volunteers who make these events happen, especially to our brand new starter. These events can’t happen without your support.
Coaches were happy to see an improvement in body position and kicking. There were also lots of swimmers racing some trickier events like 100IM and 50BR for the first time and weren’t afraid to do so!
Congrats to our 8 new LMR qualifiers! These swimmers broke 4mins in the 200IM making them eligible to start attending sanctioned swim meets: Avery B, Eric C, Olivia H, Rahaf H, Nathan K, Daniel L, Eugene P and Gavin X.
We also had 5 new swimmers reach under 2:15 in the 100IM making them eligible to race the 200IM when they are ready! Congratulations to Shivansh J, Sahaya K, Sasha T, Ava W and Sophia Z.
