Titans Medley Add Up: Melissa and Emma 100%

14 Knights from our Youth Regional and Competitive 2 groups were out in Maple Ridge for their Medley Add Up meet.  Swimmers raced all 4 strokes in one day with the totals being added up for a championship belt.  With 4 races in a tight time frame, our Knights raced well with 32 personal bests on the day.  Special shout out to Melissa Z and Emma L raced to 100% best times across all 4 events!
