 All SKSC Members; please note the following: 

• About Quorum - At the start of the meeting, if a voting quorum is not present, the AGM will be adjourned for 20 minutes and the members present will become the voting quorum and the AGM will continue .  
• About Voting - To be eligible for voting, all members must be in good standing – one vote per family and currently registered for the 2024-25 Season in a development, community fitness and/or competitive program.

About Elections – Nominations will be accepted up to and from the AGM floor.  All nominations prior to meeting time, are to be submitted by email to SKSC VP  (vice-president@surreyknights.com).  Positions that are still vacant after the elections, the remaining directors shall find and appoint a member to fill such vacant director position(s) for the remainder of the term .
