Level 2: Admin Desk clinic
Thursday April 16th 5:30-7:30pm - IN PERSON at Guildford in the Aquatics classroom (inside the Lifeguard station).
Prerequisites
- Must have taken the Level 1 clinics (Intro and Safety) and at least two Level 2 Clinics (ie. Turn Judge, Judge of Stroke, Chief Timer)
- Must have experience as a Timer as well as other level 2 positions (such as Turn Judge, Judge of Stroke, Chief Timer) at an official competition
Officials who do not meet the prerequisites will be removed from the clinic. This clinic is NOT for new officials.
This clinic goes over the duties of the Admin Desk at sanctioned swim meets. The Admin Desk handles all the paperwork and many other behind the scenes tasks for the meet. This position is best suited for detail-oriented individuals.
Spots will be limited to 10 participants.
Receive 4 job credits for each official taking the clinic for the first time.

This clinic is in person. Please make sure to check in at the clinic. New people will not be permitted to enter the room after 5:40pm.
Please remember to bring your officials card to get it signed by the instructor.
