Quick Notes:
- This meet is at the Maple Ridge Leisure Centre
- It is a timed final session with 13&O in the AM and 12&U in the PM
- There are mixed relays
- There is limited spectator seating.
About Warm Ups:
- It is important that swimmers arrive before the listed times to get appropriate space on the pool deck.

- Swimmers will not be allowed on deck before 7AM
Team Expectation
- Swimmer should set up by the warm down pool, along the wall. Deck chairs will be needed as swimmers are not sitting on bleachers.
- Swimmers may do activation outside so dress accordingly.
- All swimmers need to be wearing their SKSC t-shirt or sweatshirt while on deck and your SKSC cap while racing.
- Swimmers are required to attend warmups and all of their races, and are allowed to leave when they finish their last race of a session. Double check with your coach if you are unsure.
- Don't forget water bottles, healthy snacks/food, and extra clothes and towels.
- Coaches are not responsible for watching swimmers during session
For Parents:
- Parents who are not volunteering will need to remain in the spectator area/blacher.
- Pay parking can be found in the underground parking garage beneath the pool. Please note that they do ticket throughout the day, so a reminder to make sure that you have purchased a ticket. They also ticket the Walmart Parking lot.
- On Sunday, April 7 there will be filming on Golden Ears Way from 7:00AM-3:00PM which will have intermittent closures causing delays. If taking the Golden Ears Bridge to the meet, please allow extra time on your commute for delays, especially our 12&Us!
VOLUNTEERS:
- Ridge Meadows is still looking for a few volunteers, especially in the 13&O sessions for multiple positions, including Chief Timer and Clerk of Course, and Sunday 12&U session. Great opportunity to do an evaluation for timing if you have taken your level 1 clinics!
