Hi Spartan Meet Attendees

Please find some updates about the meet this weekend.  No major changes.

Meet Times (both days)

• 12&U
  • Activation 7:40AM, Warm Up 8:00-8:50AM
  • Session start 9:00AM, ends Sat 1:20pm, Sun 1:10pm
  • Facility opens 7:30AM
• 13&O
  • Activation 1:10PM, Warm Up 1:30-2:30pm
  • Session start 2:40pm, ends Sat 4:30pm, Sun 4:10pm

General Info

• We will do activation outside so dress appropriately
• Swimmers will be sitting upstairs in the viewing gallery.  Swimmers in the 13&O session need to be prepared for potentially short turnaround on events.S
• SKSC team gear (shirts, caps, etc…) is required to be worn by all swimmers.  
• Please put names on gear as everyone has the same stuff!
• All swimmers are required to check in with their coaches before leaving the meet after their last race.  This is to help ensure no one is missing races and also lets us know you have left.  Swimmers do not need to wait until the end of the competition.
• Make sure to bring extra clothes, towels, water bottles and healthy snacks! No glass containers or bottles please.
• Parents will be required to remain upstairs in the viewing gallery unless volunteering as an official.

Volunteering

• Spartans are looking for some volunteers in all sessions, particularly Stroke & Turn and Timers.
• Please crystaldhasell@gmail.com if you are able to volunteer or check in at the start of warm up with the meet hosts.
• This is a great meet for first time volunteers with stroke, turn or timing, or to get evaluated for these positions.
