COMMUNITY FITNESS SESSIONAL ACCORD

1. FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS I agree to pay all SKSC fees in accordance with the following terms:

  • Registration Fees: Payable upon online registration via credit card and includes:
    • Sessional Club Registration Fee
    • Swim B.C. Swim Fit registration fee (covers the session only)
    • One cap per season
  • SKSC Training Fees: Paid sessionally at time of registration
  • Equipment & Apparel:
    • If I place an order for equipment, I am responsible for all costs as outlined on the equipment order form.
    • If my swimmer requests a cap at a workout after receiving their seasonal cap from registration the cost of the cap will be billed directly to my account.

2. WITHDRAWALS & REFUNDS

  • Registration Fees: Non-refundable once processed.
  • Before the Start of the Session: After session training fees have been processed, training fees are refundable less a $25 administration fee.
  • First Two Weeks: Training fees are refundable less a $50 administration fee.
  • After First Two Weeks: No refunds will be issued.
  • Missed Practices: Practices missed due to illness, other activities, vacation, or scheduling conflicts are non-refundable.  There will be no make ups offered for missed workouts.
  • Medical Exceptions:
    • Temporary Absence: If a swimmer is out of workouts for more than 2 weeks due to a medical reason and presents a doctor's note indicating the length of time out of the water, SKSC may issue a medical credit only.
    • Permanent Medical Withdrawal: If a swimmer can no longer participate in the sport for medical reasons, SKSC may issue a medical refund of dues paid for training after the date of notification.
  • Proficiency Assessment: SKSC retains the right to refund training fees within 14 days of registration should my swimmer not possess the required proficiency for their age or group.
  • Club Discretion: SKSC retains the right and discretion to credit, refund, offer make-up classes, or take no financial action for events both in and outside of SKSC’s control that affect schedules, fees, or programming.
